These images were taken on August 10, 2007 when many large mushrooms were observed sprouting over the roots of a row ironwood trees, Casuarina equesitifolia, on the University of Guam campus. Several trees in the row were dead or dying. (Possible association between mushrooms and disease of these trees??)
